12-IDL-SPRK Gates Poly Chain GT Carbon Idler Sprocket 3.208 inch pitch diamter 32 teeth for use with Poly Chain GT Carbon belts with a 8mm Pitch pitch and 12mm wide. Gates product ID 77201500

Idlers are used to take-up extra belt length and provide adjustment for tensioning belt drives. Idler pulleys and sprockets can alter belt paths and clear obstructions.

Markets/Applications
Recommended for drivew with limited take-up or no center distance adjustment. Idlers may remain in a fixed location or may be adjustable to allow belt pre-tension take-up.
