Sprayon® Dry Powder Zinc Stearate Mold Release MR312

Dry Powder Zinc Stearate Mold Release is ideal for thermosetting and thermo-plastic applications. This high-grade, finely milled dry zinc-powder release agent is effective up to 450°F. It controls gobbing and hot spots, reduces rejected parts and will not interfere with post-finishing operations.

  • Ideal for thermosetting and thermo-plastic applications
  • High-grade, finely milled, dry zinc stearate release agent
  • Effective up to 450°F (232°C)
  • Excellent for mold start-up operations
  • Won't interfere with post finishing operations

Recommended Uses: Clear styrenes and acrylics, reflex lenses, polypropylenes, polycarbonates, polystyrenes, polysulfonates, plastic molds and molding ceramics.
