This feature-rich reel has a wide array of components configurations and many possible sizes to choose from, providing a robust reeling platform for any conceivable application and making it the most versatile design available on the market today. The 1600 Series offers a generous variety of drum and disc size combinations for many dimensions and hose length capacities and is currently available in 1” and 1-1/2” NPT, BSP or NST nickel plated swivel inlets. Targeted for the tough demands of customers requiring various dimensional choices, the series offers flexible size envelopes forn any given hose capacity. The 1600 series hybrid frame offers unique accessories and upgrades which allow for application tailoring resulting in enhanced performance and usability.

• All welded hybrid frame with added bolts
• Exclusive low profile outlet riser & open drum slot design for flat smooth hose wrap
• Permantly lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings for trouble-free & smooth rotation & robust lubricated horizontal surface mount bearing for easy rotation
• Adjustable tension brake to prevent "free-wheeling" during operation
• (On hand crank models) Long-handled locking pin to secure reel from rotation during transport or storage
